All vehicles are priced on a per-kilometre basis. The rate depends on vehicle type (Tempo Traveller, Urbania, Maharaja), seating capacity, route type (local/outstation), and season. Rates start from ₹23/km for a 7 seater and go up to ₹42/km for a 26 seater. Exact fare is shared after confirming your route and travel dates.
For outstation bookings, a minimum running of approximately 250–300 km per day applies depending on the vehicle and route. This covers fuel costs, driver allowance, and vehicle operating expenses. The exact minimum is confirmed at the time of quotation.
The following are charged as actuals and are not included in the base per-km fare unless specifically agreed: toll tax, state border tax, parking charges, driver night allowance (for trips requiring overnight stays), and hill charges for specific mountain routes. All applicable extras are disclosed before booking confirmation.
Pricing may be higher during peak travel seasons such as summer holidays (April–June), Diwali/festive season, New Year, long weekends, and Char Dham Yatra season. Booking in advance is recommended for better rates and vehicle availability during these periods.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before departure are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows on the day of travel are non-refundable.
If a trip is cancelled due to extreme weather, road closures, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule. Refunds in such situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and handled fairly.
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or other operational issues, we will first offer an equivalent replacement vehicle. If no suitable replacement is available, a full refund of any amount paid will be processed promptly.
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer / UPI. Refund requests must be raised via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference. We will confirm the refund amount after reviewing the applicable cancellation terms.
