A booking is considered confirmed only after we acknowledge it via WhatsApp or phone and an advance payment (if applicable) has been received. Verbal or written communication of interest alone does not guarantee vehicle availability. Prices quoted are subject to change until confirmed in writing.
Passengers are required to treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Any damage caused to the vehicle interior, seats, or fittings by passengers will be charged to the customer. The driver has the right to refuse travel if passengers are behaving in a manner that compromises road safety.
Any change in route, additional stops, extended travel hours, or overnight requirements beyond the agreed itinerary may attract additional charges. Please inform us at the time of booking if your plans are flexible or subject to change so we can price accordingly.
The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's permitted seating capacity. Excessive luggage that compromises passenger safety or vehicle performance may be declined at the driver's discretion. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during travel.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or events outside our control. We are not liable for missed trains, flights, or events resulting from travel delays. Passengers travel at their own risk in accordance with applicable laws.
